IoT service

No more surprise breakdowns.

Vibration, current, runtime and temperature on the equipment that keeps your operation running. The system spots trouble weeks before it fails, so you fix it on your schedule, not at 2am on a full house.

Fix it on your schedule, not theirs.

See How It Works

In Seychelles, getting a part flown in for a failed chiller, generator, or pump can take days, and getting an engineer back to site can take longer. Reactive maintenance is the most expensive way to run a property. We fit small IoT sensors on the equipment that matters and watch for the early signals that always precede failure, so the work happens on a normal weekday morning instead of a Saturday night.

What we do

Inside the service.

Vibration monitoring on rotating equipment

Pumps, motors, fans, compressors and bearings change their vibration signature long before they fail. We track it continuously and flag the trend.

Current and runtime monitoring

Equipment drawing more current than it should, or running far longer than its peers, is usually telling you something is wrong. We catch the trend, not just the failure.

Temperature and oil-condition watch

Bearing temperature, oil temperature, compressor discharge temperature, and similar indicators alert when they trend outside normal.

Plant-room dashboards

One view of every critical asset on the site, with a green/amber/red health flag for each. Engineering teams stop reacting and start prioritising.

Maintenance playbook integration

Alerts can trigger planned maintenance tickets in your existing CMMS or simply send the right engineer a message with what to check and when.

In the field

What it looks like in Seychelles.

  • A resort catches a chiller compressor whose discharge temperature has been creeping up for three weeks, schedules the repair on a quiet Tuesday, and avoids a guest-impacting failure.
  • A government data centre monitors UPS and backup generator health continuously, with monthly self-test logs that prove regulatory readiness.
  • A hotel sees a kitchen extraction fan vibrating outside spec and replaces the bearing before it seizes mid-service.
  • An import warehouse monitors refrigeration condenser fans, replaces a failing motor on warranty, and avoids a full stock loss.
Who it's for

Where this pays back.

Hotels and resorts, hospitals and clinics, data centres, manufacturing and food processing, water and waste utilities, large retail, large office buildings, and anywhere a single piece of equipment failing costs more than a few thousand rupees an hour.

FAQ

Predictive Maintenance in Seychelles, answered.

Will sensors void my equipment warranty?

No. They attach externally without modifying the equipment. We work alongside your OEM service contract, not against it.

How many sensors do I need per machine?

It depends on the asset. For most pumps and motors, one or two sensors and a current measurement are enough. For chillers and generators we usually use four to six channels.
